My favorite thing to wear with pencil skirts is tall riding boots, it continues the silhouette and adds that country-equestrian appeal. Rayon/spandex blend black fabric with ribbed texture, super slimming fabric is slightly thick, medium banded elastic waist, unlined, quarter slit in front with lace detail and full lace trim at hem, excellent condition, no label or marked size but fits like an XS, c1990s. The following measurements were taken with the garment lying FLAT and recorded in inches, please be sure and DOUBLE the appropriate measurements: Waist: 12 (unstretched), hips: 14 ½ (unstretched), length: 31.
