The Nature Conservancy created the preservation collection in the 1980s to bring the plight of endangered species to light in a fashionable way! 100% silk tie with a lovely horse pattern in Dark Green, olive and grey colors. Przewalski’s horse is the last true wild horse on earth and was once extinct in the wild. Through conservation efforts they were reintroduced to their native habitat in Mongolia in the 1990s. Although still endangered, this feral horse is holding its own and their numbers are slowing growing. Hand made in Korea, excellent condition, c1990s. Measures 57 inches long, 1 ¼ inches narrow and 3 ¾ inches wide.
