The fabulous Longacres Racetrack was decommissioned in Seattle in the mid 1980s – a true landmark that fell to Corporate expansion as Boeing reclaimed the property for more production space. It was a well-loved track and many locals have fond memories of a day at the Races, and most likely this funky umbrella was a souvenir of some fan decades ago. 100% polyester/nylon in white and green with a black plastic hook handle, silver topper and snap/strap closure. Good vintage condition with one note: there is a piece missing on the top of the black handle at the silver trim (see picture). Completely operational and ready to use! C1980s, measures 16 ½ inches tall unopened, 22 ½ inches tall when open, 32 inches wide (open).
