This stunning rocking horse was created in the Victorian style as a slider, much safer for children than the round rockers that could flip quite easily. Beautifully crafted in solid mahogany with real horsehair mane and tail, brass hardware, leather saddle and bridle, can hold up to 150 lbs, a treasure for generations to come or a stunning art piece for your equestrian home. This was purchased from a private seller whose father purchased it for his now-grown grandchildren, it was safely stored for the past 15 years and is now ready for a new home. Excellent condition with the following notes: There are some surface scratches on the wood of the base (see pictures) and there is a stain on the left side of the leather saddle.
