Mexican artist Harry Ungar was well-known from the 1930s on for his pyrography wood burning art that he hand-painted to perfection. This rare find is titled “Fox Hunt” no 503 and shows red-coated huntsmen and their hounds hot on the trail of the elusive fox. Good vintage condition with one flaw to note: there is a water stain on the lower left half of the image. Stamped Dibble Studios Harry A Ungar Inc on back, made in Los Angeles USA, c1940s. Measures 15 ¾ x 9 ¾ inches.
