Joey pulled a vegetable wagon throughout the city streets but longed for a life in the country with a real barn and a green meadow he could run and kick his heels in. By the end of the story Joey learns that maybe he doesn’t have it so bad after all! Published by J.B. Lippincott Co and illustrated by Helen Stone, hardcover with 45 pages, very good vintage condition with the following note: there is a personal inscription/writing on the inside first page.
