Handsome retro tie with caricature artwork that is still treasured today, a lovely addition for the equine gentleman. Tan colored polyester fabric with colored line drawings of a race day at the turn of the century. Bold blue and red really sets off the images, and the French script adds to the flavor. Very good condition (the label has become unstitched on one side), label is Foleys Men’s Store, 100% polyester, hand made in Italy, c1960s. Tie measures 53 inches total length, 1 ½ inches at most narrow and 4 ¼ inches at the most wide.
