This whimsical skirt is extremely well-made with perfect equestrian charm! Dark navy cotton fabric in a full wrap-style cut falling below the knee, sewn patches on front showing a bright red trotting horse and quilt-like rolling hills and a barn and silo backdrop. Banded waist with 2 ties: One goes inside a slit on the waist band and the other wraps around the back of the skirt, they tie in front. The back panel is lined with red and white polka dot trim, so country fresh! No marked size but is adjustable and fits like a S/M, no label, c1970s. The following measurements were taken with the garment lying FLAT and recorded in inches, please be sure and DOUBLE the appropriate measurements: Waist: 15 (but is adjustable), hips: 22 (adjustable), length: 25
