A fabulous set of small trinket dishes in the shape of horseshoes and trimmed with luster glaze in assorted colors, topped with figurines of horses, hounds and hunt masters; showing each of the suits of cards – Spades, Hearts, Diamonds and Clubs – in the center of each dish. Lovely retro appeal presented in fine porcelain bisque, stamped made in Japan on bottom, excellent condition, sold as a set of 4 only, c1930s. Each measure 2 ¾ inches wide x 3 inches long x 1 ½ inches tall.
