Royal Doulton was founded in 1815 by John Doulton of London, England and they have continued to make amazing table and home décor items 2 centuries later. This handsome porcelain plate is from an earlier collection in the 1930s, with the stylized wheat grass trim and Victorian-style hunters in Silhouette against a vibrant orange backdrop. Plate is in good condition with a couple of notes: There is a chip on the back of the plate at the rim (does not affect the front), and there is some slight wear to the inside image. Stamped Royal Doulton, c1930s, measures 8 ½ inches.
