This is such a sassy top full of character and fantastic details, a head-turner for sure with your skinny jeans and boots! Polyester blended fabric with vertical blue and white stripes on body, sheer black crepe sleeves with balloon cuffs; illustrated scarf hem in bright red and navy colors. Circus beading at waist in gold and blue colors, 3 stunning rose buttons in dimensional relief in front, shallow scoop neckline with no collar, shoulder pads. No marked size but fits like a small, no label or tags, c1980s.
