Vintage Hammered Brass Plate with Porcelain Bowl Inlay England – 1950s
This brilliant plate is perfect for the equestrian or fox-hunting home, with lovely polished brass frame and inset porcelain bowl/dish with a black and gold border and center image of a pack of huntsmen and their hounds digging a fox out of cover. The porcelain is from Regency, a pottery that was founded in the 1800s in England. Brightly polished brass rounded plate frame with cutout details of fall leaves, rounded hanger, stamped “Regency Bone China, Made in England ” on back, excellent condition. Measures 12 inches wide, 1 ½ inches thick.
