Cotton blend jersey fabric with flouncy peplum skirt, sewn-in shoulder pads, nipped waist, 5 flat black button front placket, extra long sleeves, unlined. Label is Milargo, made in USA, marked size is 13 (more like an 8 today), c1970s. The following measurements were taken with the garment lying FLAT and recorded in inches, please be sure and DOUBLE the appropriate measurements: Shoulders: 18, chest: 19, waist: 17, hips: open, length: 23, sleeve: 24 ½.
