Known the world over for their fabulous tea pots, Gibson & Sons also made fantastic mugs and other earthenware throughout their long history that began in 1885 and lasted through 1975. Egg-shell colored base with lovely scene of Huntsmen and their pack of hounds on a Sunday hunt. Helmet/Horn and buckled strap motif on opposite side. Gilded handles and rims/base, excellent condition, stamped Gibsons England on the bottom, c1950s. Measures 4 inches wide at base, 3 ½ inches wide at top, 4 ½ inches tall and 12 inch circumference.
