Nestled in the heart of Tuscany, Ceramica Le Torri has been creating artistic dinnerware and collectible dishes since the 1950s and they only hire the best artisans to this day. This lovely lidded dish is washed in a robin’s egg blue with a medieval hunting scene illustrated on a mustard background around the middle and trimmed in striated gold-tipped pattern; 4 delicate legs elevate while the spired lid is gilded in gold and ads a regal touch. This dish is in very good condition with the following notes: The top has some tiny chips under the rim and there is one repaired chip on the gilded edge (see picture); there is a repair on the striated edge as well. This is a lovely collector’s piece ready for a new generation of admirers. C 1970s, made in Italy, measures 16 ½ inches circumference, 5 ¾ inches wide, 6 ½ inches tall.
