I really wish I knew who Hadley Frost was but there is frustratingly little information about him out there. A few similar pieces do show for sale but VERY few. Based on the style and colors of this piece he was definitely a Victorian-era artist with a love of the fox hunt, talented with the colors of the fall landscape and the hunt attire of the times (mid-to-late 1800s). This is an original hand-colored etching that dates to approx. 1890s, has been simply-framed under glass with a thin wooden matt with a red edge (probably 1940ish). The frame is a little worn but the picture itself is in beautiful condition, and has been archivally taped to the matt so this will be very easy to reframe if wanted. Measures 10 ½ x 12 ½ inches.
