This beautiful decanter is a Promotional jar, very limited quantities of these were made in the 1970s and they were meant to be a snacking jar (to go with your favorite Jim Beam beverage, of course!). The image is from a 1967 lithograph by artist James Lockhart showing a red fox family in the forest by their den. Genuine Regal China and a gold D72 marked on the bottom. Hazlenut-colored finish with gilded trim, removable lid, excellent condition with no condition issues. C 1972, made in USA, jar measures 6 inches wide at base and 5 ½ inches wide fluted top, 10 inches tall with a 15 ¾ inch circumference.
