Exceptionally minted fine bisque porcelain statue depicting a fiery, battling stallion in pristine white. The Franklin Mint was founded in 1964 by Joseph Segel in Wawa, Pennsylvania and has become a household name in collectibles and coins all over the world. Edward D Hart was a modern sculptor and artist what was hired by The Franklin Mint to produce the set of two dueling stallions – one pristine white bisque and the other in rare black porcelain. The two horses were meant to go together, but often times collectors only bought one or the other and single pieces such as this find their way into the world of collectibles. This piece is in excellent condition with no chips or marks, C1988, measures 9 inches long x 10 ¼ inches tall x 4 inches wide.
